Core Flow Description: The core is the source of our physical power and stability. Come tighten and strengthen the core and back through a series poses designed to build heat and challenge you. Expect to flow as you would in a vinyasa class, while combining pilates, planks, boat pose and back bends. These exercises will help build strength and stability to enhance your yoga practice. CoreFlow is for any level, but it is recommended to try a gentler form of yoga if you are a beginner before coming to this class.
Vinyasa Flow Description: Slowing down the flow can help you maintain control of your breath, build determination, and intensify your practice. It is a linking of breath with movement, intensified by mindfully holding postures for several breaths, awakening your body and clearing your mind. Explore the details of each posture at a comfortable pace to allow your body to deepen into a stretch or pause in a strength-building pose. Expect deep body opening and longer holds to gain strength and increased mobility. Get into the rhythm of this truly invigorating class and find true balance in this moving meditation. Good for all levels.
